Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from AtharMehar.com (“Website”, “Site”), operated by Muhammad Athar, in short Athar Mehar (“I”, “me”, “my”, “Mehar”). I want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for digital products and professional services purchased through this Website.
1. Digital Products
1.1 General Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed. Digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, as you retain a copy of the product after download.
1.2 Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered within 14 days of the original purchase date if any of the following conditions are met:
Product not as described — the product is materially different from the description, features, or specifications listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Critical defect — the product contains a critical bug or defect that prevents it from functioning as described, and I am unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe after being notified.
Product not accessed — you have not downloaded or accessed the product and the download link has not been used.
Duplicate purchase — you accidentally purchased the same product twice. In this case, the duplicate order will be refunded promptly.
1.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Change of mind — you simply changed your mind after downloading or accessing the product.
Lack of technical knowledge — you are unable to use the product due to insufficient technical skills or knowledge. I recommend reviewing the product requirements and documentation before purchasing.
Third-party compatibility — the product does not work with third-party plugins, themes, hosting environments, or software configurations that are not listed in the product’s stated requirements or compatibility information.
Customization expectations — the product does not meet your specific customization needs that were not part of the product’s advertised features.
Sale or discounted products — products purchased at a discounted price or during a promotional sale are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
Free products — products offered at no cost are not eligible for refund claims.
Bundled products — individual items within a bundle cannot be refunded separately. Refund requests for bundles are evaluated based on the bundle as a whole.
1.4 Partial Refunds
In certain situations, a partial refund may be offered at my discretion. This may apply when only a portion of the product is defective, or when a resolution has been partially provided but does not fully address the issue.
2. Professional Services
2.1 Consulting Sessions
Consulting sessions (such as the Full-Stack Consulting service) are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. If you cancel a scheduled session with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule or receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may forfeit the session fee.
2.2 Project-Based Services
For custom development and project-based engagements, the following refund terms apply:
Before work begins — if you cancel a project before any work has commenced, your deposit will be refunded in full, minus any administrative fees incurred.
Work in progress — if you cancel a project after work has begun, you are responsible for payment covering all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any unused portion of the deposit may be refunded at my discretion, based on the work already performed and documented.
Completed milestones — milestones that have been delivered and approved (or deemed approved after the review period) are non-refundable.
Completed projects — projects that have been fully delivered are covered by the 30-day warranty as described in the Terms & Conditions. Refunds are not available for completed projects; defects within the warranty period will be fixed at no additional cost.
2.3 Non-Refundable Service Situations
Refunds for services will not be issued when project delays are caused by late client responses, missing assets, or unavailable access credentials. Refunds are also not available when scope changes requested by the client result in additional work beyond the original agreement, or when dissatisfaction arises from subjective design or aesthetic preferences rather than functional defects.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact at refund@atharmehar.com with the following details:
Order number — found in your order confirmation email or your account dashboard.
Product or service name — the specific product or service for which you are requesting a refund.
Reason for refund — a clear and detailed description of why you are requesting a refund, including any relevant screenshots, error messages, or documentation that supports your claim.
Date of purchase — the date the order was placed.
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Review Period
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. I will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to reach a resolution within 7 business days of receiving all necessary information. In some cases, I may request additional details or attempt to resolve the issue before processing a refund.
4.2 Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account after the refund has been initiated.
4.3 Account Access After Refund
Upon processing a refund for a digital product, your license and access to download the product will be revoked. You are expected to delete all copies of the product from your systems. Continued use of a refunded product is a violation of the Terms & Conditions and may result in account termination.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
I encourage you to contact me directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through the refund process described above may result in immediate suspension of your account and access to all purchased products. I reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that I believe to be fraudulent or unjustified.
6. Modifications to This Policy
I reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. The refund terms applicable to your purchase are those that were in effect at the time of your purchase.
