3. Processing of Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, I will take the following actions:
Review the notice — I will review the notice to ensure it meets the requirements outlined in Section 1 above. Incomplete or invalid notices may be returned for correction.
Remove or disable access — if the notice is valid, I will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Notify the alleged infringer — I will make a reasonable effort to notify the party responsible for the removed content, providing them with a copy of the takedown notice and information about how to submit a counter-notification.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on this Website was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification containing the following information:
Identification of the removed material — a description of the material that was removed or disabled and the location (URL) where it previously appeared on the Website.
A statement under penalty of perjury — a statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.

Consent to jurisdiction — a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, Pakistan, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their agent.

5. Restoration of Content
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, I will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the original complainant does not file a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification, I may restore the removed material at my discretion.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, I maintain a policy of terminating the accounts and access privileges of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. If you are found to have repeatedly infringed the copyrights of others, your account may be suspended or terminated and you may be permanently barred from using this Website and its services.
7. Good Faith & Misrepresentation Warning
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees. Do not file a DMCA notice or counter-notification unless you genuinely believe that a copyright infringement has occurred or that a removal was made in error.
